The scenery is beautiful with mountain laurel hanging over the stream and a cool mountain breeze. The waters are crystal clear and the colors on the fish are spectacular. If I could imagine one of the best local trips to take my son or daughter on it would be to fish this river with one of the professional guides.
Not only do they know what they are talking about and where the fish are, but they are incredible teachers and that is especially what they love to do. You know a great guide when you feel like he is fishing right along side of you and you are having such an incredible time that you just want to hand him the rod to catch one of his own. It has for sure in regard to my sister and I. She is now almost a pro mountain bike racer and I continue to fly-fish and surf all across the globe.
