Owners and artists Philip and Janine Shelby’s stunning hand-blown, hand crafted objets d’art will simply amaze you. Watch the artists “dance with fire” when the studio opens to the public in the fall.

The Gourd Place

Tour this unique museum of over 200 permanent exhibits of beautiful art made from gourds. Beautiful and unique this museum and shop is one not to miss.

Sautee Nacoochee Cultural Center - History Museum

Learn about the regions historical importance to the United States.  From the tragic experience of the Cherokee Indians, and early slaves to the 19th century gold rush the museum is a rich deposit of local lore, artifacts and information.

Charlemagne's Kingdom - Alpine Model Railroad Museum

This fifty foot one-of-a-kind exhibit features scale German model railroads depicting terrain and architecture of Germany. For both train loving kids and adults, this unique display is filled with interesting history and entertainment for those who visit.

Dahlonega Gold Museum

For something different, fun and interesting visit the Dahlonega Gold Museum.  This small but fascinating museum preserves the history of the areas 1839 gold rush.  Located a few miles outside of Helen Georgia, off GA Hwy 400, you'll find plenty to see and do at the historic Lumpkin County Court house.
