Guest Reviews

“Our family of six (4 adults, 2 kids) enjoyed a lovely Thanksgiving at this quiet cabin in the hills. We loved the natural setting with the sound of the nearby river and the calm surrounding woods. We even sighted whitetail deer from the porch. We enjoyed all the amenities, including two large tubs with jets, a relaxing hot tub on the back porch, and a comfortable fire-pit. It was a perfect mountain retreat while still allowing easy access to trips to Helen and Unicoi State Park during our stay.” – Julia

“Great place with tons of space! Would definitely stay again.” – Chaise

“We always try to get together with my brother and sil from Tenn. we had a great relaxing long weekend and enjoyed our stay very much.” – Tammie

“Wonderful cabin in the mountains for an Oktoberfest getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The cabin’s location is convenient to Helen and Unicoi National Park. We spent our days in the park hiking and sightseeing and then enjoying the nighttime at Oktoberfest in Helen. The driveway up to the cabin is steep. If there’s snow or heavy rain it could make it difficult to get up it. There’s also no street lights so I recommend arriving during daytime. There is a sign at the road which is helpful. The bedrooms and living room have smart tv’s and the wifi can handle all the tv’s streamimg at once. All in all a great vacation getaway.” – Pattie

“Large living space for our family. Has all of the things we like such as a hot tub, jacuzzi tubs, fireplace, privacy, able to enjoy nature on the wrap around porch, and was pet friendly.” – Christy
