How far are your cabins from Helen? + (Click To Open)

We have cabins within 10 minutes of Helen up to about 25 minutes outside of Helen. When you use our online cabin search tool, you have the option to only view cabins by your desired distance from the city of Helen Georgia. Here are quick links to those distances.

Are your cabins pet friendly? + (Click To Open)

A handful of our cabins allow pets (dogs only). When you view the cabin amenities section, you'll see if the cabin allows pets. You can also view them in the cabin listing view with the left side filter option. Here is a quick link to that page.

Pet fee is $25/per pet/per day.

What time is check-in/check-out? + (Click To Open)

Check-in is at 4 pm (or later) and check-out is by 11 am. We bill at a rate of $200/hr after 11:00am. We have important guests just like you checking in and we have to get right in at 11:00 am to clean your cabin.

Due to extreme demand and increased standards for the covid protocols as well providing additional inspections on the day of arrivals, we are no longer able to offer early check-ins. Arriving early will waive your right to insure a clean cabin or the ability to fix any issues that would likely have been found on our pre-inspection. There will be no refunds or callbacks for any clean-related issue for those that come in prior to the 4 pm check-in. Many times we are doing final inspections between 3-4 pm on our arrivals.

For optimal cabin experience, we highly suggest guests arrive at the cabin between 4pm to 5pm. There is nothing more frustrating than arriving at night at a place you have never been and especially in a rural area where GPS is not reliable. We also recommend printing out the directions to your cabin.
