Yep! All cabins have wifi.
Many of our cabins allow up to two small dogs (80 pounds or less each). Search our cabins using the pet friendly filter to select one of these cabins. We charge a fee of $30 per pet per night which is non-refundable.
All of our cabins use dual style coffee makers. They use both Keurig-style pods for single cups and regular ground coffee to make a pot. Please note to pack your favorite coffee! We provide filters, but not coffee.
If your cabin is on Vista View Place, it’s just 10 minutes to Helen.
If you are staying at Whispering Waters, it’s 15 minutes.

Maybe! Once you have a confirmed registration, you will receive information on how to request early check in. If we are able to accommodate you, we will confirm your earlier arrival for a charge of $50.
Yes, all cabins have hair dryers.
Are linens provided?
Yes, there are linens and a lightweight comforter on every bed, and towels and washcloths are provided for the number of guests on the reservation. Please note we do not provide extra hot tub towels, you may want to bring a beach towel for the hot tub.

Yes, all cabins have a washer and dryer. We provide a small amount of laundry detergent.
We stock salt and pepper in the cabins, along with toilet paper and a roll of paper towels. We provide a fresh kitchen sponge and dishwashing soap along with dishwasher detergent, dish towels and hot pads. All cabins have normal kitchen implements along with dishware and cooking pots and pans. If you need a specific item please ask, we can tell you if we have it!
There are several grocery stores in the area. The location of your particular cabin will determine the closest one. Cleveland and Cornelia are the two closest towns, each is about 20-25 minutes from the cabin. There are also Dollar General stores close by to some cabins for basics.

Sorry, we do not have a pool. You might want to try tubing down the Chattahoochee if you’re hot!
There is no water tank to adjust. Our cabins use a tankless water heater, and the heater should not be touched.
If the Jacuzzi water isn’t hot enough, simply turn the Jacuzzi faucet down about half a turn. When the faucet is fully open, the water flows too fast for the system to maintain maximum heat. Reducing the flow allows the water to heat properly and provides hotter water for the Jacuzzi.

No. You'd have to really be moving around in the loft to get any movement

We do not do decorations for Christmas decors, but you are welcome to put up your own during the stay.

We normally do have them in the in the drawers in the kitchen. If not we'd be glad to bring one in the morning
We have one big and one small pots and pans. We got a spatula, tong, soup ladle, and the usual basic cooking set.

There’s a few laundry pods but it will be better to bring some.
If the water isn’t hot enough, simply adjust the faucet handle on the Jacuzzi tub itself. Turning the handle back about half a turn should provide plenty of hot water.
No. There’s no need to adjust the water heater or any other system settings. Only adjust the dial on the Jacuzzi faucet.
Yes. If other water sources (such as showers, sinks, dishwasher, or washing machine) are running at the same time, it’s best to turn them off while filling the Jacuzzi to ensure maximum hot water supply.
